01 About me

Seven years in. Three of them serious.

I started coding in 9th grade because I couldn't run GTA V on my machine. If I couldn't play games, I'd build them — modeling first, then C# for the scripting. Somewhere in that, the goal shifted from games to engineering. HTML, CSS, JS, then three years of Flutter, then React when my first client asked for it. In 2023, my first semester of university, I started Technologistics and took contract work for an outsourcing firm. I learned the firm was billing clients $2 — 3K for systems I was shipping alone, while I earned 30 — 50K PKR. That's when I decided I'd only work on my own company. In 2025 I rebranded and registered Codantrix Labs with the SECP. Seven years in, three of them serious. I've fallen, but I haven't lost.

The agentic shift came from using Gemini as a full system and getting hands-on with GitHub Copilot. The applications go far past coding. The right pipeline saves a company millions in repeat effort. The right agent moves the rote work off a person and leaves room for judgment, review, creative direction. Most people miss the part that's actually hard. In a world where every high-school dropout dreams of being a millionaire, building something that actually scales is the part no one is thinking about. It's easy to dream big. The first step is the hard one.

I never set out to make a lot of cash. I wanted to make something sustainable — something that stays. Codantrix isn't another money-making machine. That's why I'm careful about the work we take. I hate wasting time — what should take a month shouldn't be dragged to six. And the fastest way to lose me is wanting to "try" agentic AI without being ready to commit. These systems cost real money to build well. Plan carefully, ask for options, push back during scoping — but once we ship, the only way back is a new system. That's not aggression. That's business etiquette.

During scope calls, ask anything. No question is stupid, no statement is wrong. What I appreciate in return is empathy — talk to us the way you'd want to be talked to. We put everything into the projects we take.

02 Background

The path here. In short.

2019
Started coding in 9th grade. C# for game modding. The first goal was to build games I couldn't play.
2020
Pivoted to web. HTML, CSS, JS. Then Flutter — three years of cross-platform mobile, getting fluent with widgets and stateful UI.
2023
First React client. Founded Technologistics in the first semester of university. Started contract work for an outsourcing firm shipping agentic systems.
2025
Rebranded to Codantrix Labs. Registered with the SECP in Pakistan. Started taking work directly.
2026
Focused entirely on production agentic systems. Tier A and Tier B engagements only. Fixed scope, fixed price.
03 Currently building

What I'm thinking about right now.

Active focus

Multi-agent swarms for marketing — agents grounded in a company's data and brand voice, running full campaigns with feedback loops and audience response baked in. The step beyond single-agent copilots.

04 How to reach me

Five ways. All of them work.
